Customer satisfaction as a result of continuous process improvements

We implement our processes with precise quality planning, continuously conducting reviews and audits to measure performance and efficiency. Our components pass through multiple quality gates to ensure full compliance with customer requirements.

Quality control begins with random incoming material inspections, followed by monitoring the entire manufacturing process according to agreed customer specifications. If required, 100% product inspection is performed using a 3D measuring machine. Statistical process control (SPC) is available upon request. First article production is carried out through a First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) or the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).

Regular customer and third-party audits (TÜV, GL) ensure compliance with manufacturing standards. Our production plant is ISO 9001:2008 certified and holds the HPQ product qualification and Q1-Supplier status from Deutsche Bahn AG.
